Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 scoop Women`s Best Slim Body Shake
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • some blueberries
  • some raspberries
  • Honey, for drizzling

 

Directions

Blend the spinach, Slim Body Shake, 1 cup of the blueberries, apple juice, and ice until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh blueberries, raspberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey.
