Blueberry Bliss Bowl


  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 cup oats, soaked overnight
  • 1 scoop Women`s Best Slim Body Shake Vanilla
  • 1 banana
  • maple syrup or raw honey, to taste
  • Toppings of your choice: blueberries, sliced banana, flaked almonds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, etc.



Put all the ingredients into a blender. Pour it into a bowl, sprinkle it with your favourite toppings, and enjoy.
