Chia Acai Bowl


Fort he chia pudding:

  • 30g Chia Seeds
  • 200ml Soy Milk
  • Stevia/Agave for Sweetening
  • Bourbon Vanilla


For the acai smoothie:

  • 1 Banana
  • 20g Women´s Best Vanille Slim Body Shake
  • 1 TL Acai Berry Powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Soy Milk
  • Fruit of Choice to top with



Prepare your Chia Pudding 2-3 before Eating or in the Evening before.

Simply combine Milk, Seeds, Sweetener of Choice and Vanilla.

Stir every 5 Minutes in the Beginning. Let set in the Fridge until it gets a pudding-like Consistence.

For the Acai Smoothie just mix Banana, Slim Shake, Acai Powder and Milk until smooth.

Serve Chia Pudding with Acai Smootie in a Bowl and top with your favorite Fruit or Muesli.
