Coconut Chocolate Baked French Toast


  • 2 Slices Spelt Toast
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Milk (I use Soy Milk)
  • 20g Women´s Best Chocolate Slim Body Shake
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • A Dash of Baking Powder
  • Bourbon Vanilla (Xucker) as desired
  • Cinnamon
  • Toppings as desired



Pre-heat your Oven to 175 Degrees.

Combine Egg with Milk, Slim Body Shake, Baking Powder and Vanilla.

Dip the Toasts one by one into the Egg Mass.

Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Coconut Flakes.

Place them on a Baking Sheet which is covered with Baking Paper.

Bake for 15 Minutes on a Middle Track, but turn them round after half of Baking Time.

Top with fresh Fruit, Yoghurt as desired.
