Superfood Mango Lassi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 scoop Women`s Best Slim Body Shake
  • 1/3 cup plain thick Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder
  • 1 inch chopped or grated fresh ginger
  • 1 large slice unpeeled lemon
  • 2 dates (optional for sweetness)

 

Directions

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Toppings: Homemade superfood granola with almonds, hazelnuts, coconut, and goji, banana, mango, bee pollen, dark chocolate chips
