Beef Bourguignon pie

Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Dust the beef in the flour, salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a casserole dish over high heat, and brown half of the meat. Remove and add another tablespoon of oil before browning the other half (try not to crowd the pan – you don’t want the meat to stew).

Prep: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss the breadcrumbs, panko, and Parmesan in a shallow dish with the Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Heat the oil in a medium ovenproof skillet over medium heat.


Roasted Squash with Walnuts

Cut squash into 1/2-inch chunks. In 18" by 12" jelly-roll pan, toss squash, shallots, 1 tablespoon oil, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to evenly coat.

Place all the vegetables in a large bowl and season. Place the vegetables onto the griddle plate and cook each side for about five minutes, or until cooked.
